Good value for central Malaga and only a few minutes walk into city centre and either a walk or bus to the beaches. Staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful with information about the area. Room was comfortable, quiet and homely. Breakfast available. I booked more nights as I liked it and it would be a convenient base as it is very easy to travel to other areas like Cordoba on day trips. There is a lovely beach a short bus ride away.

It is important to note this guest house does not have night staff available so check first if you are delayed and will be arriving late. This was not made clear to me at time of booking by Booked.net. I was due to arrive at 8pm but my flight from Gatwick was delayed 5 hours due to volcanic ash, I phoned to say I would be late but when I arrived there was no one there or available on the phone. I was locked out for most of the night, this did start my holiday off very badly and I was really unhappy about it. I did request a refund but did not get one either from the hotel or Booked.net. However, from discussion with the owner I think this was a one off and hopefully they have learnt from this experienjce and it will not happen

the price with a child was expensive for wat we get. No shower and toilet on the room and they were very old and often used. Later we found cheaper places with more comfort
